Deck Restoration (Upper & Lower)

What a difference a fresh coat of paint can make!

And caulk.  And wood filler.  And new deck railings.  And replacing an entire corner of the upper balcony that was rotting out….   And, well, it’s not so much a paint as it is an elastomeric polymer.  I would call it an amazing paint-like substance.

Let’s just say things are much nicer looking–and super well sealed and protected for years to come!
